Davina Power of 3 2004 streaming

This is my new Power of 3 DVD - it's all about sensible exercises that have given me loads more energy and a figure I feel proud of. Together with the help of my personal trainers Jackie and Mark Wren, we have put together this work out to help you get fit at home.
