Hij toont zich daarmee een getalenteerd verteller, ondanks het hoge tempo waarop hij zijn woordensalvo's over zijn publiek uitstort. Een avond Ronald Goedemondt is een avond heel hard lachen en heel opgewekt het theater uitkomen. Het is dan ook zeker aan te raden om deze voorstelling nog te gaan bekijken. 'Ze bestaan echt' gaat over volwassen worden en je angsten onder ogen zien. Vrijer en organischer dan in 'Spek' oreert Ronald over wat de dingen zijn waar je voor moet opletten. Wat er 'daarbuiten' allemaal speelt. Hoe je mensen herkent die niet oke zijn. Wat er zou gebeuren als Rambo zijn wonden zou dicht-punniken i.p.v. dichtnaaien. En Ronald vertelt in een hilarisch verhaal waarom je nooit moet gaan surfen in Frankrijk (echt wel!). Op de dvd staan twee versies van de registratie. Een tv-versie van circa 55 min. en een avondvullende versie....
